Annual assessment - $60 per lot, due by May 15th each year
Before proceeding to payment:
Select Yearly dues for the standard $60 annual assessment, or Other for a custom payment amount, including past dues, partial payments, and prepayments.
Partial payments are credited toward the outstanding balance but do not satisfy the full annual assessment.
Enter the Dillons Run property address(es) associated with your payment.
Enter your email address to receive a payment receipt. Zeffy requires an email address to process your transaction and send your payment confirmation. Your email address is not used to determine which property receives credit; the property address you enter serves that purpose.
Zeffy securely processes credit/debit card and bank payments.
‼️Importact: Zeffy's Optional Contribution
Zeffy suggests an optional contribution to help fund its payment processing platform.
You do NOT have to pay any tip.
At checkout, find the Zeffy contribution dropdown, select Other, and enter $0.
Zeffy provides online payment platform for free to non-profit organizations such as Dillons Run Residential Association. The optional tip is to help cover Zeffy's operational costs.
